How to Set Page Permissions

First of all WHY would you do this ?

Answer : You NEED to do this if you ONLY want certain people with the appropriate login details to be able to view this page and the page contents.

NB.
If you do not set the permissions then the page will be able to be crawled by Google and other search engines, and the contents of the page will be made public.

Select the page you wish to be hidden and only accessible to those you give login details to.

Step 3

Select the "Permissions" tab to the right hand side and make sure you select the "role" that shoudl get access to this page and the information on the page. See below.
